Overall it was elegant with an amazing view. The location was great and beautiful and adjacent to a park and a river.
Parking space was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Staff very friendly and helpful!
The noise at breakfast! Nowhere could one find peace! Reflecting the city, only noise! Were disappointed by the breakfast, too little choice and dirty rags were lying next to the omlett station, not intercontinental as we are used to!

Simply nothing too much trouble, very very good stay. Upscale and exciting hotel with a casual restaurant and best staff. Nice pool, unbeatable location in the French Quarter.

perfect base for exploring new orleans by foot
We loved that this hotel was just a short stroll from the fine lafayette square and only a 15-minute walk to the national wwii museum. The friendly staff were also eager to share great local tips that helped us connect with the vibrant culture of new orleans.

Pleasant staff Awesome concierge staff convenient clean
Excessive charges for parking a car that we never moved. $32 per day plus state and local taxes. On a room costing enough to cover something like that. They should rethink that parking charge. If I recommended to others I would mention this.

Nice hotel with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a relaxing bar, and a fitness center. The staff even helped return my sim cards left in the room during my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!

Good location
Staff could be more friendly, pool is small and simple, skyscrapers in the area block sun at the pool

We enjoyed the jazz clubs and hit up some local burlesque shows. The hotel was great-big rooms and super convenient to everything. Just a heads up, ask for a room away from adjoining doors if you're a light sleeper. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay too.

This is the only place that I stayed. I remember leaving my phone charger connected to the plug. When I called the next day, they said it was not turned in. I know without a doubt that I left it there.
